Summary: The NZNFS supports the concept that a “comprehensive service
delivery network must be supported by appropriate infrastructure”, and that
“infrastructure has a major role to play in providing reliable travel times’.
However, NZNFS notes that, for large-scale events such as National Fieldays,
there are no bus lanes or other priority measures in the vicinity of Mystery Creek
that would otherwise encourage use of public transport to and from such major
events.

should be focused on locations with both high bus volumes and congested travel
conditions.
