Out-of-State Resident-Fall/Spring
An “out-of-state resident” is one who is
not a bonafide resident of the State of Arkansas.
The out-of-state tuition may be waived for
students from the contiguous states of Texas,
Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi,
and Louisiana.
