Description<br />

Creates a prefix list to define the routes<br />

from which a community is to be deleted.<br />

Range is 1 to 4294967294.<br />

Step 2 (config)#ip community-list Creates a community list for a BGP route<br />

map use. The communities defined in<br />

this list will be deleted.<br />

delete<br />

Adds an entry to the community list that<br />

defines the community string in the<br />

community attribute that should be<br />

deleted.<br />

Exits the <strong>Community</strong> List Configuration<br />

mode.<br />

If one does not already exist, creates a<br />

route map. Range is 1 to 4294967295.<br />

Specifies the routes from which a<br />

community is to be deleted. Reference<br />

the of the prefix list created in<br />

Step 1 to add it to the route map entry.<br />

Specifies a list of communities to delete.<br />

Reference the of the community<br />

list created in Step 2.<br />

Step 8 (config-route-map)#exit Exits Route Map Configuration mode.<br />

Step 9 (config)#router bgp Enters BGP Configuration mode. Range<br />

is 1 to 4294967295.<br />

Step 10 (config-bgp)#neighbor Enters BGP Neighbor Configuration<br />

mode for the neighbor to which the route<br />

map is to be applied.<br />

Step 11<br />

(config-bgp-neighbor)#send-community<br />

standard<br />

Enables this AOS device to accept a<br />

community attribute or add a community<br />

attribute to any advertisement sent by<br />

this peer.<br />

Step 12 (config-bgp-neighbor)#route-map in Applies the route map to the BGP<br />

neighbor as an inbound policy.<br />

Step 13 (config-bgp-neighbor)#do write Saves the configuration.<br />
