dersom bortleie kombineres med driftsavtale
etter § 8-5.
Bruksberettiget som protesterer mot bortleie
kan ikke utelukkes fra adgang til å fiske med
krok i allmenningen. Utøvelsen av fiske kan
ved avtale som nevnt i første ledd likevel
begrenses til nærmere angitte vassdrag eller
deler av vassdrag i allmenningen.
Under ellers like vilkår skal organisasjon med
fremme av fiske som formål ha fortrinnsrett
til leie etter denne paragraf.
Før avtale etter denne paragraf inngås, skal et
utkast ha vært forelagt kommunen til
uttalelse.

§ 8-7. (nærmere regler om forvaltning m.v.)
Nærmere regler om forvaltningen av fiske i
bygdeallmenning fastsettes i bruksregler for
den enkelte allmenning, jfr. § 3-7. I reglene
kan det fastsettes begrensninger med hensyn
til tiden, området eller måten for utøvelsen av
fiske – eventuelt gis retningslinjer for
allmenningsstyrets regulering av utøvelsen.
Utkast til slike regler skal, før det legges ut til
gjennomsyn for de bruksberettigede etter § 3-
8, ha vært forelagt kommunen til uttalelse.
Det samme gjelder begrensninger i utøvelsen
av fiske som allmenningsstyret beslutter å
gjennomføre.

§ 8-8. (fiskekort)

A person with rights of common who is
protesting against leasing may not be
excluded from rights to fish with hook in the
commons. The practice of fishing as
mentioned in the first paragraph may still be
limited to specific waterways or parts of
waterways in the commons.
If the circumstances are the same, the
organization that has promotion of fishing as
its purpose shall have priority to lease
according to this section.
Before agreement is entered into pursuant to
this section, a draft shall have been submitted
to the municipality for comment.

Section 8-7 (detailed rules on management,
etc.)
Detailed rules on management of fishing in
bygd commons is determined in the bylaws
for the individual commons, cf. Section 3-7.
The rules may determine the limitations with
respect to time, area or manner for the
practice of fishing – or it may give guidelines
for the commons board’s regulation of the
practice.
Draft of such rules shall, before it is
published for review by those with rights of
common according to Section 3-8, have been
submitted to the municipality for comments.
The same applies to limitations in the practice
of fishing that the commons board decides to
implement.
