Superintendents/ Offices of the IPHC.
19. Supervising GSO staff and GS Division departmental personnel to ensure
coordination of the vision of the General Superintendent.
20. Assisting as needed with the IPHC General Conference (quadrennial event).
21. Assisting as needed with the IPHC World Conference (quadrennial event).
22. Assisting the General Superintendent with written correspondence, special
projects and printed materials.
23. Serving on designated commissions and committees at the request of the
General Superintendent.
24. Conducting seminars, training sessions for various departments as approved by
the General Superintendent
25. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Superintendent, the Executive
Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Council of Bishops.
F. Compensation and Benefits
The Chief Financial Officer is paid on a salaried basis at the rate established by the
Finance Committee and adjusted from time to time. The policies concerning
compensation and benefits are explained in detail in the GMC Employee
Handbook.
