I was out of the office this past week and did not forward the following<br />
status. I am uncertain what I think of the circumstance, i.e. Grant<br />
Thorton’s delayed response. As we have previously discussed, the<br />
accounting firms that still perform these “relatively” small audits in many<br />
instances reject claims out of hand. Grant Thorton has previously<br />
indicated a willingness to negotiate but that willingness has yet to result in<br />
a response to IPHC’s demand.<br />
