Action Taken:<br />
A motion was made to ratify the COB’s appointment of Reggie Till as President of the<br />
IPHF.<br />
The motion was APPROVED by the Board. Voting in favor: ALL<br />
RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS OF INTERNATIONAL PENTECOSTAL<br />
HOLINESS FOUNDATION<br />
Action Taken:<br />
By consensus, the Board Approved the Resolution of Appointment of Officers of<br />
<strong>International</strong> <strong>Pentecostal</strong> <strong>Holiness</strong> Foundation. Each member indicated his/her approval<br />
by signing this document.<br />
MISCELLANEOUS<br />
Mr. Wilson directed Mr. Till to develop a strategic plan for presentation to the Board.<br />
Mr. Wilson expressed appreciation everyone’s time and to Mrs. Julie Martin for her time as well.<br />
The next meeting time was not set, but the consensus of the group was to try to have another Sunday &<br />
Monday meeting.<br />
Action Taken:<br />
There being no other business Motion was made and APPROVED to Adjourn the meeting.<br />
The meeting was adjourned at 2:04 pm.<br />
