There would be a large all-in-one (copier, color printer,
scanner) machine in a general area convenient for use
by everyone in that area; one B/W printer to be shared
by the Executive Director and Executive Assistant in
each Ministry; and another printer for the rest of the
department.
MOTION to approve suggested diminution process,
along with purchasing and installing six large printers in
general locations.
APPROVED
By consensus, the EC COB agreed to authorize the
Director of Communications to approve requests for
Macs based on justifiable responsibilities.
By consensus, it was agreed that Netbooks will be made
available upon recommendation by an Executive
Director and approval by the Director of
Communications.

Terry Fowler gave an update on the Spanish translation
of the following materials:
Spanish Manual
Spanish Ministerial Training Course
Spanish Credentials
Joe Iaquinta gave a presentation on the annual
initiatives, modules and promotional materials that
have been created for the next 10 years by the 20/20
committee. Some changes were requested in the order
of the modules.
MOTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION FOR THE
EXCELLENT JOB THE COMMITTEE HAS DONE.
APPROVED
Bishop Carpenter gave an update on recruitment of a
full time, permanent CFO.
The preliminary report of church statistics prepared by
Joe Iaquinta was reviewed.
MOTION was made to approve the following job
descriptions:
Chief of Staff – Mike Gray
Associate Editor and Publicist – Megan Miles Alba
