UPPER SC CONFERENCE<br />
Bishop Ronald Moore addressed the Council of Bishops<br />
regarding the Leadership Study Commission of the<br />
Upper South Carolina Conference. A report was<br />
recommended by the USCC Leadership Task Force on<br />
October 31, 2009 regarding possible alternative<br />
Conference structures.<br />
MOTION to approve the recommended report.<br />
Seconded.<br />
After considerable discussion, MOTION was<br />
WITHDRAWN.<br />
IPH FOUNDATION BOARD<br />
MOTION to approve the following IPH Foundation<br />
Board of Directors:<br />
Beth Beacham<br />
Bill Cox<br />
Moses King<br />
David McClain<br />
Gwen Parker<br />
Eldon Overstreet<br />
George Wilson<br />
APPROVED<br />
REVISED IPH FOUNDATION BYLAWS<br />
EXTENSION LOAN FUND BYLAWS<br />
Members were instructed to discard the IPH Foundation<br />
bylaws in their notebook. Revised bylaws were<br />
distributed. Reggie Till went over the primary revisions<br />
in the bylaws.<br />
MOTION to approve the revised IPH Foundation bylaws<br />
as presented.<br />
APPROVED<br />
Members were instructed to discard the ELF bylaws in<br />
their notebook. Greg Hearn distributed revised bylaws<br />
for Extension Loan Fund and reviewed changes.<br />
MOTION to approve the revised Extension Loan Fund<br />
bylaws as presented.<br />

SEALED FILES<br />
MOTION to allow the Divorce and Remarriage Study<br />
Commission to unseal prior divorce taskforce<br />
documents for use only by the current study’s Chairman<br />
under the condition that personal privacy is protected;<br />
then, resealed.<br />
