Present: Tommy McGhee, Chairman; Roger Halvorson; David Stephens; Tim Lane;<br />
Jimmy Whitfield; Mike Dodson; Gary Crouch; Richard Goad; also present: Greg<br />
Hearn, CFO<br />
Chairman McGhee welcomed committee and distributed agenda.<br />
Roger Halvorson led in prayer.<br />
Chairman McGhee gave an update on the decision related to the employment of<br />
Joe Iaquinta. The recommendation of the GFC was accepted by the Executive<br />
Council.<br />
Greg Hearn led in orientation of the reports.<br />
GFC reviewed reports:<br />
• GMC Balance sheet by restriction<br />
• Tithe Income Summary Through April 2010<br />
• Statement of Revenues and Expenditures<br />
GFC requested of the CFO to receive a report by Division on a monthly basis.<br />
GFC adjourned.<br />
