Conference of the <strong>International</strong> <strong>Pentecostal</strong> <strong>Holiness</strong> <strong>Church</strong>, Inc. (IPHC), hereinafter referred to as<br />
“Conference”, and the<br />
___________________________________________(<strong>Church</strong> Name)<br />
hereinafter referred to as “<strong>Church</strong>” on the<br />
______ day of ________, ______ (Date)<br />
The Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> status is designed to provide an entrance for non-IPHC churches and groups to<br />
become acquainted with the IPHC and her ministries with the intent of becoming a member of the<br />
IPHC.<br />
This agreement is entered into with the understanding that the property of the Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> will be<br />
held in trust by its local Board of Trustees and will be completely subject to the decisions of the<br />
<strong>Church</strong> and said Board of Trustees. The Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> may voluntarily and is encouraged to<br />
financially support the Conference and the worldwide ministries of the IPHC as much as possible<br />
with respect to the needs of both parties.<br />
An Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> is connected with the <strong>International</strong> <strong>Pentecostal</strong> <strong>Holiness</strong> <strong>Church</strong> for the purpose<br />
of training, networking, ministry participation, and exploring full membership status with the IPHC.<br />
This agreement is valid for a two-year period and may be renewed with the mutual consent of<br />
Conference and Local <strong>Church</strong> Leadership. An Affiliate <strong>Church</strong> may choose to become a fully<br />
connected Transfer Member at any time during this agreement and would then function in<br />
accordance with the <strong>International</strong> <strong>Pentecostal</strong> <strong>Holiness</strong> <strong>Church</strong> Manual.<br />
In witness whereof the parties have executed this Affiliation Agreement.<br />
