Child

the child from all forms of physical
or mental violence, injury or abuse
(art. 19), calls on respect for the rules
of international humanitarian law relevant
to the child (art. 38), and promotion
of recovery and reintegration of
children affected by armed conflicts
(art. 39), without discrimination on the
basis of sex (art. 2).
1995 Beijing Platform for Action Emerged from the UN Fourth World

chapter specifically on women and
