Nut
Nozzle
▪ The nozzle may be sterilized in an autoclave (for 20
minutes at 121°C or 12 minutes at 132°C). Remove
residues and clean carefully with running water before
sterilization.
▪ Be sure to put into a sterilization pouch when sterilizing. The
allowable sterilization frequency in an autoclave is 250 times.

The nut may be removed from the syringe by turning it in
direction A. Apply Vaseline thinly and evenly to the two
O-rings after sterilization. Tighten the nut firmly in direction B
to undo the nozzle.
Before use, make sure that the nut is firmly tightened.

▪ Nozzle (1) and body cover (2) may be sterilized in an
autoclave (for 20 minutes at 121°C or 12 minutes at 132°C).
Remove residues and clean carefully with running water
before sterilization.
▪ Be sure to put into a sterilization pouch when sterilizing.
▪ The body cover is made of resin and may become
deteriorated if it is sterilized in an autoclave many times.
The allowable sterilization frequency in an autoclave is
250 times.

▪ After autoclave sterilization, the body cover is subject to
discoloration, which does not have a negative effect on
performance.
▪ The nozzle may be detached by turning the nut (3) in
direction A. The body cover may be detached by pulling it in
direction C while pressing the button (4).
▪ Apply Vaseline thinly and evenly to two O-rings of the
nozzle after sterilization and turn the nut (3) firmly in
direction B.
Before use, make sure that the nut is firmly tightened.
