6.18 Adult Entertainment Centers<br />
1) An adult entertainment center shall not be located within one thousand two hundred<br />
fifty (1,250) feet of any religious institution, cemetery, school, park or recreation<br />
area.<br />
2) An adult entertainment center shall be located only in an Industrial Zoning District<br />
3) An adult entertainment center shall not be located within one thousand two hundred<br />
fifty (1,250) feet of any establishment that dispenses alcohol on-premises.<br />
4) An adult entertainment center shall not be located within one thousand two hundred<br />
fifty (1,250) of any other adult entertainment center.<br />
5) An adult entertainment center must prohibit entrance by persons less than eighteen<br />
(18) years of age.<br />
6) An adult entertainment center may not display any signs visible from the exterior of<br />
the adult entertainment center, except for signs identifying it as an adult<br />
entertainment center, as an adult book store, adult entertainment facility, adult<br />
cinema, or combination thereof.<br />
7) No material depicting specified sexual activities or specifies anatomical areas shall<br />
be visible from the exterior of an adult entertainment center.<br />
8) The business premises of an adult entertainment center that are generally open to its<br />
patrons are open equally at the same time to members of any law enforcement<br />
agency who may wish to enter thereon provided the entry is in the course of the<br />
discharge of the law enforcement officer’s duties.<br />
6.19 Wind Energy Facility<br />
The purpose of these regulations is to provide a regulatory framework for the siting,<br />
construction and operation of wind energy facilities in the county, subject to reasonable<br />
restrictions, that will preserve the safety and well-being of the residents of the county, while<br />
allowing equitable and orderly development of wind energy facilities.<br />
6.19.1 Regulatory Framework<br />
1) Zoning<br />
Wind energy facilities may be constructed within the county, subject to the<br />
restrictions and conditions of this Ordinance.<br />
2) Principal or Accessory Use<br />
A different existing use or an existing structure on the same parcel shall not<br />
preclude the installation of a wind energy facility or a part of such facility on<br />
