23) Off-street parking shall be provided on a one-to-one ratio, one parking<br />
space per bed.<br />
24) Any additional information deemed necessary by the Zoning Director, the<br />
planning and zoning board, or the county commission.<br />
6.27.4 Prohibited Housing Types within Closed Camps<br />
1) Recreational vehicles, campers, and mobile homes are prohibited as units<br />
in a crew housing facility.<br />
2) Skid shacks shall be allowed as long as they meet the following<br />
conditions:<br />
6.27.5 Work Site Housing<br />
a) Front setbacks of twenty-five (25) feet from the front of the<br />
property line.<br />
b) Rear setback ten (10) feet from a commercial lot or a thirty (30)<br />
feet setback if adjoining a residential district.<br />
c) Side setback of ten (10) feet.<br />
d) There must be a minimum of fourteen (14) feet between skid units<br />
or any other structures on the property.<br />
Up to twenty-four (24) workforce housing units may be located upon the premises<br />
(work site) of an industrial site as a conditional use if the same are dedicated to<br />
the use of the businesses employees. This housing will not be restricted as to type<br />
but is subject to the application procedure contained within this Code and subject<br />
to rules and regulations of the <strong>North</strong> <strong>Dakota</strong> State Health Department.<br />
6.27.6 Prohibited Activities<br />
No illegal substances or animals are allowed on the premises of a crew housing<br />
facility. No parking will be allowed between units. The site is to be maintained<br />
free of garbage and junk.<br />
6.27.7 Termination of Crew Housing Permit<br />
A Crew Housing Permit is a conditional use permit subject to review by the<br />
Planning and Zoning Board at any time. The permit may be revoked by the<br />
<strong>County</strong> Commission anytime the applicant is in non-compliance with any of the<br />
conditions set by the Planning and Zoning Board or the <strong>County</strong> Commission for<br />
the issuance of the permit.<br />
