27) All restrictive airport noise, clear zone and approach zone elevations as<br />
established by the latest available data, where applicable.<br />
28) Certification from <strong>Stark</strong> <strong>County</strong> that all taxes have been paid in full.<br />
29) Proper form for the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission.<br />
30) Proper form for the approval of the <strong>County</strong> Commission.<br />
7.7.2 Final Plat Submission Requirements<br />
The subdivider shall apply on appropriate forms to the Planning and Zoning<br />
Commission for approval of the final plat, if he/she holds a valid approval of the<br />
preliminary plat.<br />
1) The subdivider shall meet with the Zoning Administrator and other <strong>County</strong><br />
staff, including, but not limited to, the <strong>County</strong> Engineer, <strong>County</strong> Road<br />
Superintendent, and the <strong>County</strong> Emergency Services Director, to discuss<br />
whether the final plat is consistent with the <strong>County</strong>’s Comprehensive plan, its<br />
zoning Code, the approved preliminary plat and with other <strong>County</strong> policies<br />
and regulations.<br />
2) After meeting with the Zoning Administrator, the subdivider shall apply to<br />
the Planning and Zoning Commission on appropriate forms provided by the<br />
Zoning Administrator at least two (2) weeks prior to its regularly scheduled<br />
meeting.<br />
3) The subdivider shall submit two (2) 24” x 36”, eleven (11) 11” x 17” prints<br />
of the preliminary plat, and a digital Code of the plat to the Zoning<br />
Administrator at the time the application is made. The plat shall comply with<br />
the provisions of this Code.<br />
4) The final plat shall comply with all provisions of this Code and conditions<br />
and requirements set forth as a part of review and approval of the preliminary<br />
plat. All filing fees shall be paid to the <strong>County</strong> at the time of filing the final<br />
plat for approval.<br />
5) The Planning and Zoning Commission may require the subdivider to submit<br />
detailed drawings for grading of the lots, blocks, streets; detailed drawings<br />
for pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk; and drawings for installation of<br />
water, sanitary and storm sewer facilities.<br />
7.7.3 Review Process<br />
1) If the Planning and Zoning Commission, after a public hearing, finds the<br />
final plat in conformance with the stipulations as presented in the preliminary<br />
plat, it shall make a recommendation for action to the <strong>County</strong> Commission.<br />
