8.5 Uses by Temporary Permit<br />
1) Temporary use permit shall be issued by the Country Zoning Administrator.<br />
Activities requiring temporary use permits shall include, but not be limited to, the<br />
following:<br />
(a)<br />
(b)<br />
(c)<br />
(d)<br />
(e)<br />
(f)<br />
(g)<br />
Bazaars, Carnivals, or Fairs;<br />
Musical Events;<br />
Racing Events;<br />
Rodeos;<br />
Public gatherings for a single-purpose event;<br />
Temporary building or yard for construction materials and/or equipment<br />
incidental and necessary for current construction in the immediate<br />
surrounding area;<br />
Temporary office incidental and necessary for the construction, sale, or rental<br />
of the property in the immediate surrounding area.<br />
2) Permits shall be valid for such period of time as determined by the <strong>County</strong><br />
Commission and shall be renewable at the discretion of the <strong>County</strong> Commission.<br />
8.6 <strong>County</strong> Zoning Administrator<br />
8.6.1 Appointment<br />
8.6.2 Duties<br />
1) The Commission shall appoint the <strong>County</strong> Zoning Administrator.<br />
1) Receive and file all applications for amendments to this Ordinance, the<br />
"Zoning District Map," and development permits.<br />
2) Make inspections upon Commission request and maintain records.<br />
3) Provide written reports of all zoning violations to the Planning and Zoning<br />
Board and the Commission for appropriate action.<br />
4) Prepare and publish required notices.<br />
5) Prepare written notices to property owners of any violation of this Ordinance,<br />
citing the nature of the violation and demanding compliance.<br />
