6.19.8 Transfer of Wind Energy Facility Siting Permit<br />
In the event of a change in ownership or controlling interest in a wind energy<br />
facility and the transfer of a Wind Energy Facility Siting Permit, any successors<br />
and assigns of the original permittee shall comply with the requirements and<br />
conditions of such permit for the duration of operation of a wind energy facility<br />
permitted in the county. Within thirty (30) days of such change in ownership or<br />
controlling interest of any entity owning a wind energy facility, the parties to the<br />
transaction shall notify the Commission by letter and provide information pursuant<br />
to Section 6.19.2. The letter shall be signed by the authorized representatives or<br />
agents of both the original permittee and the entity to which the permit is being<br />
transferred.<br />
6.20 Recreational Vehicle Parks, Tourist and Trailer Camps<br />
In addition to the mobile home park standards listed in this chapter, the applicant shall meet<br />
the following requirements to obtain a permit:<br />
1) The minimum area for campground shall be five (5) acres and maximum number of<br />
recreational trailers shall be fifteen (15) units per gross acre.<br />
2) A site plan showing the boundary of property, topographic information with contour<br />
intervals of no more than five (5) feet; arrangement of streets, drives and access<br />
roads; location of service buildings; location and dimension of camp sites; location<br />
of sanitary facilities; and location of water supply.<br />
3) Proof of compliance with the requirements of <strong>North</strong> <strong>Dakota</strong> State Health Department<br />
and <strong>North</strong> <strong>Dakota</strong> State Laboratories Department must be submitted.<br />
4) Approval of the <strong>County</strong> Commission for ingress and egress to the property.<br />
6.21 Animal Hospitals and Veterinary Clinics<br />
Animal hospitals and clinics shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet from any<br />
residence except the residence of the owner-operator.<br />
6.22 Agricultural Manufacturing<br />
Activities allowed under Agricultural Manufacturing include the manufacturing and<br />
processing of agricultural resources and products indigenous to the county. This excludes<br />
rendering plants, fertilizer plants and similar uses.<br />
