improving the structure of this book. I am also very grateful to my
employer, Oakland University, which provided funding for the research
needed for one of the chapters (Chapter 5). In addition, I owe my very
young children a great debt for showing me that communism, cooperation,
and sharing are innate human characteristics, and that capitalism,
egoism, and selfishness are unnatural traits that capitalist societies force
people to learn very early in their lives (and that communist countries
can only slowly remove from human culture).
