ZUMBATOMIC Lil’ Starz<br />
(4-7 yrs) A fun, healthy program designed for children<br />
using the Zumba Fitness concept! Zumbatomic<br />
classes are designed exclusively for kids (4-7 yrs)<br />
<strong>and</strong> are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed<br />
with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines<br />
<strong>and</strong> all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton,<br />
cumbia <strong>and</strong> more. Parents love Zumbatomic because<br />
of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus<br />
<strong>and</strong> self-confidence, boosting metabolism, <strong>and</strong><br />
enhancing coordination. During a Zumbatomic class,<br />
students can expect to do a warm-up, learn a dance<br />
move based on the Latin background from the Zumba<br />
fitness program, break down a song to learn all the<br />
dance moves, <strong>and</strong> perform a fun dance game <strong>and</strong><br />
a performance for peers <strong>and</strong> parents. They will be<br />

Aqua Zumba<br />
(Adult) Incorporates dance <strong>and</strong> fitness moves <strong>and</strong><br />
makes it fun for anyone who wants to exercise in<br />
water. Make exercise seem like a pool party, with<br />
fun <strong>and</strong> upbeat music. This water exercise gives<br />
same benefits as exercising on l<strong>and</strong>. Cardio stamina,<br />
muscle building, <strong>and</strong> weight loss can be obtained<br />
from a water fitness class. The buoyancy of water<br />
makes movement low impact, creating less stress<br />
on the body. Because of the resistance of water,<br />
movements will be slower than a “l<strong>and</strong>” class, yet<br />
they can be just as intense.<br />
