Home Inspection Licensure<br />

Program –On-Line<br />

(5 credits) This self-paced on-line class requires reading from the book<br />

– Home Reference Book; ISBN: 0-7931-8093-7. You will be building a<br />

home inspection report as you travel through the program. Each section<br />

has a quiz to confirm that you have the knowledge to proceed. These<br />

quizzes can be taken from your home. The lessons will require you to<br />

answer questions as you read through the book. The final exam is a<br />

proctored exam. We will assist you in finding a proctor to witness you<br />

taking this exam. You will have full access to Charles Bellefontaine<br />

<strong>and</strong> Corey Friedman during, <strong>and</strong> after the classes as support while you<br />

build your business. This online class does not include the required 10<br />

hours of live training (lab time) you need in order to sit for the state<br />

exam. You will have the option of attending one of our 5 live field training<br />

classes at no additional cost, or you can set up a time with a field<br />
