<strong>Atkins</strong> pledges in good faith to share the civil engineering work with CES Consultants, Inc., an SBE/WBE firm. In addition, CES will perform all<br />
geotechnical and materials testing work. Our goal is to subcontract between 5 and 15 percent of the overall contract value to CES. The exact<br />
percentage will depend on the amount of civil engineering, and geotechnical and materials testing work involved. Note that these tasks would<br />
be our only means of utilizing CES Consultants.<br />
