Full Schedule for Sun Theatre<br />

ST PETERSBURG—The Sun Theatre is<br />

now operating on its six-day winter schedule<br />

being closed on Wednesdays. During the summer<br />

the houses operates only three days a<br />

week.<br />

to show outstanding American and foreign<br />

films for members of the new Loew<br />

month Eleven founding committee members,<br />

headed by Mrs. John Hawkes, began developing<br />

the project this summer with the<br />

help of Allan McNab, director, who offered<br />

facilities of the gallery.<br />

The group is limited to a charter membership<br />

of 150 this year, and already numbers<br />

130 It is hoped that membership openings<br />

may be doubled next year by arranging for<br />

twe showings of each film. Fifteen films<br />

will be shown this year. Films selected will<br />

be outstanding in movie history. Foreign<br />

films will include typical foreign productions.<br />

No film will be scheduled which has been<br />

shown recently in this vicinity and films<br />

produced after 1940 will not ordinarily bej<br />

chosen First to be booked are "Ruggles of<br />

Red Gap" and a March of Time short, "Thej<br />

Movies March On."<br />

sion and remodeling of Fort Pierce Drive-Ir<br />

was amiounced by Rupert N. Koblegard jr.<br />

head of the company. The drive-in's capacity<br />

will be increased 80 cars, giving it room tr«<br />
