3 Specify a role and role scope to add to this member, then click OK.<br />

This data is saved to eDirectory. After login, the newly assigned role appears in the left column<br />

of the member who owns it.<br />

6.2.8 Editing Owner Collections<br />

Use this task to change the owner assigned to a collection.<br />

1 In the Configure view, select Role Based Services > Edit Owner Collections.<br />

2 Specify, or use the Object Selector to find, a collection owner, then click OK.<br />

3 Add or remove collections this person can own, then click OK.<br />

6.3 RBS Reporting<br />

The RBS Reporting feature lets you generate reports about RBS objects in the directory and their<br />

configuration. Reports are in chart format and can be exported to other formats and printed. RBS<br />

Reporting generates the following reports:<br />

Role Tasks Assignments<br />

User Roles Assignments<br />

User Task Assignments<br />

Role Rights Assignments<br />

Unassigned Roles<br />

6.3.1 Creating Reports<br />

To create an RBS Report:<br />

1 In the Configure view, select RBS Reporting.<br />

Each type of report is implemented as a task.<br />

2 Select the desired report, provide the necessary information, then click OK.<br />

Each report requires that you provide some initial information, such as the roles for which you<br />

want to generate a list of assigned members.<br />
