Work around:<br />

• For Windows,<br />

1. Go to ...\Program Files\<strong>Novell</strong>\Tomcat\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\.<br />

2. Open config.xml file.<br />

3. In the file, search for the Cached-Tree setting and delete your Tree Name value from the<br />

setting.<br />

4. Delete the setting that starts with your tree name.<br />

• For Linux,<br />

1. Go to /var/opt/novell/<strong>iManager</strong>/nps/WEB-INF.<br />

2. Open config.xml file.<br />

3. In the file, search for the Cached-Tree setting and delete your Tree Name value from the<br />

setting.<br />

4. Delete the setting that starts with your tree name.<br />

8.20 Insufficient Java Heap Size Results in Failed Login<br />

To increase the heap size, go to the /etc/sysconfig/tomcat6 file and change the<br />

CATALINA_OPTS="-Xms128m -Xmx1024m" variable.<br />

8.21 Java Error Messages are Displayed After Closing the<br />

Browser of <strong>iManager</strong> Workstation<br />

After logging out of <strong>iManager</strong>, when you close the browser, the following java error message is<br />

displayed.<br />

Work around: Ignore the error message and the hs_err_pid####.log files because they don’t affect<br />
