İlhan İl, Board Member, <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, 47.<br />

İlhan İl was appointed as a Member of the Board of<br />

Directors of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding in 2005 and serves as<br />

the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive<br />

Director at various Tepe Group companies. Graduated<br />

from the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara University<br />

in 1983, İl received his masters degree from West of<br />

England University in 1994. Starting off on his career in<br />

1984 as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, he<br />

served in various positions including part-time faculty<br />

member at Bilkent University, Advisor to the Minister of<br />

Economy, Member of the Board of Auditors of TÜPRAŞ<br />

and Assistant General Manager of Economic Research<br />

and Assessment Directorate of the Undersecretariat of<br />

Foreign Trade of the Prime Ministry.<br />

İrfan Erciyas, Board Member, <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, 56.<br />

İrfan Erciyas was appointed as a Member of the Board<br />

of Directors of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding in 2006. Graduated<br />

from the Department of Economics and Public Finance,<br />

Gazi University, in 1977 Erciyas was appointed as the<br />

Member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at<br />

Akfen Holding in 2003. Starting off on his career in 1978<br />

as an Auditor on the Board of Internal Auditors of Türkiye<br />

Vakıflar Bankası, Erciyas worked in various capacities in<br />

the same company, and served as the General Manager<br />

at Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası in 2002.<br />

James Bernard Farley, Board Member,<br />

<strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, 54.<br />

James Bernard Farley was appointed as a Member of<br />

the Board of Directors of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding in 2007.<br />

He graduated from Duke University in 1976 and received<br />

his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1979.<br />

Currently working as a senior executive in Babcock<br />

& Brown, Farley joined the firm in 1999 to expand<br />

infrastructure opportunities in the private equity and<br />

principal finance. He was previously employed in senior<br />

management posts by Nomura International, Chase<br />

Investment Bank in London and Price Waterhouse in<br />

New York. Farley began his career as an assistant in the<br />

US Attorney’s Office in Southern District of New York in<br />

1978 and as a judicial clerk in the US District Court, for the<br />

Southern District of New York in 1979.<br />

Mehmet Cem Kozlu, Board Member,<br />

<strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, 63.<br />

Mehmet Cem Kozlu was appointed as an Independent<br />

Member of the Board of Directors of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding<br />

in 2006 and is also the Chairman of the Corporate<br />

Governance Committee. He received his BA from Denison<br />

University, Department of Economics in 1969, MBA from<br />

Stanford University and PhD from Boğaziçi University<br />

in administrative sciences. He has been awarded an<br />

Honorary Doctorate Degree by Denison University. Kozlu<br />

served as a Member of the Parliament between 1991<br />

and 1995 and held various positions in Procter&Gamble<br />

in Switzerland, National Cash Register Co. in Ohio, the<br />

Coca-Cola Company and Turkish Airlines as the President<br />

and CEO. He currently serves as Consultant to Coca-<br />

Cola Eurasia and Africa Group and as Member of the<br />

Board of Directors of Hürriyet, Trader Media East in<br />

Amsterdam, Anadolu Industry Holding Co., Efes Beverage<br />

Co., Evyap Soap, Oil and Glycerine Industry and Trading<br />

Co., Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Kamil Yazıcı Management<br />

and Consulting Co., Godiva, Foreign Economic Relations<br />

Board and as Member of the Board of Trustees of Sabancı<br />

University, Anadolu Johns Hopkins Health Center and<br />

İstanbul Modern Arts Foundation. In addition, he serves<br />

as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of International<br />

Airline Training Fund.<br />

Mehmet Erdoğan, Board Member,<br />

<strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, 49.<br />

Mehmet Erdoğan was appointed as a Member of<br />

the Board of Directors of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding in<br />

2006. Graduated from the Department of Business<br />

Administration, Anadolu University in 1982, Erdoğan<br />

received insurance education from the Insurance Institute<br />

of Turkey for two years. Currently serving as the External<br />

Relations Coordinator of <strong>TAV</strong> Airports Holding, he worked<br />

at various companies before joining <strong>TAV</strong> Airports.
