Appendix B: Performance Verification
8-bit INL, DNL, Monotonicity, and Resolution measurement. The steps for checking
the 8-bit INL, DNL, Monotonicity, and Resolution measurement are as follows:
11. From the VM5000 application menu bar, click the Run button to take the
linearity measurement.
12. Record the measured result in Table B -17.
13. Check that the results are within the upper and lower limit.
