Contingencies The letters of credit and guarantees are included in note 2 (b). Management have not identified any other contingencies at year end. 20. Events occuring after the balance sheet date The Fund made an equity call during July 2010 of $28.3m to repay the Equity Bridge Facility and cash back letters of credit and bank guarantees effective 28 July 2010. 21. Campus Living Villages Annual Report 09/10 1 0 3 Campus Living Finance Trust DIRECTORS’ DECLARATION FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2010 In the directors’ opinion: a) The financial statements and notes set out on pages 89 to 102 are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, including: CLFT > > complying with Australian Accounting Standards, the Corporations Regulations 2001 and other mandatory professional reporting requirements; > > giving a true and fair view of the parent entity’s and Fund’s financial position as at 30 June 2010 and of their performance for the year ended on that date; b) There are reasonable grounds to believe that the parent entity and Fund will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable; ‘ c) The financial statements also comply with International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board.
