considered and responded to immediately. Moreover, the Company shall support corporate<br />
social responsibility activities of clients.<br />
Human rights and fair practice towards labour<br />
The Company emphasizes to treat employees fairly and courteously while paying due respect<br />
to individuality and human dignity and provides fair remunerations. All employees are advised<br />
through the Company’s manual of the Company’s policies, benefits and welfare, such as rules<br />
and disciplines, leave obligations, group medical insurance scheme, group life insurance plan<br />
and provident fund.<br />
The Company continuously emphasizes in employees saving program by set up provident fund<br />
program since year 1999 for 13 years until present. Employees could choose saving rates in<br />
accordance with their working period while the Company would contribute in the same amount<br />
which they chose. When they work with the Company until 10 years, they have right to get 100<br />
% of the Company contributions.<br />
The Company focuses on increasing the knowledge, ability and efficiency of employees through<br />
training and seminars, both in-house and external. This will enable employees to perform their<br />
tasks capably and be able to cope with dynamic changes in the rules, products and technology of<br />
the various agencies. Training seminars cover the notifications of the rules and regulations of the<br />
SET and SEC, accounting standards of various institutes, computer systems and programs, etc.<br />
Creditors, Business Partners and Competitors<br />
The Company carries out commercial transactions with its contractual parties in a fair and equal<br />
manner while complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and contracts. The Company<br />
has a policy to compete fairly with all business competitors under the appropriate legal and<br />
regulatory framework.<br />
The Company has guideline on anit-fraud and no bribery for the Company’s benefit as clearly<br />
determined on Code of Business Ethics by not solicit for, or take, or give any benefits in bad<br />
faith in dealing with the business with creditors to prevent problems of non-transparency and<br />
non-fairness of trade between the Company and creditors, business partners and competitors,<br />
dishonesty, and non-fairness of business operation from occurring.<br />
Moreover, the Company declares its intent to enter a process of Collective Action coalition<br />
against corruption by the private sector which are the Thai Institute of Directors, Thai Chamber<br />
of Commerce, the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, the Thai Listed<br />
Companies Association, the Thai Bankers Association, the Federation of Thai Capital Market<br />
Organizations and the Federation of Thai Industries to make clear that corruption in all forms is<br />
a major handicap for the country’s development. All participants will work in cooperation with<br />
Government, civil society, media, and international organizations to foster cleaner business<br />
practices.<br />
The Company has policy to use legal and copyright protected product and services and strictly<br />
prohibited using illegal intellectual properties by clearly determined on the Company Code of<br />
Business Ethics for Directors, Management and Staff and support Corporate Social<br />
responsibilities activities of creditors, business partners and competitors.<br />
Regulatory and Government Agencies<br />
The Company adheres to the laws, rules and regulations specified by regulatory and related<br />
agencies, such as the Department of Business Development of the Ministry of Commerce, the<br />
Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance, the SET, the SEC, etc. The Company also<br />
cooperates with relevant private agencies.<br />
