David cam e to the Institute this year fi-om Hun School in<br />

:\few jersey. H e has a ra ther quiet unassuming manner which ~<br />

has drawn to him many fri ends during the past year. Dave<br />

spent some a/" his past summers gaining profitable expe rie nce<br />

as a runner lor the \llerchants' National Bank of New Bedlard.<br />

<strong>The</strong> town, itse lf, is hy na ture a town oi"merchants and business<br />

men, a nd Dave has gained much by the atmosphere abollt hil]'.<br />

Here we have "Left Glass, " financier nonpareil , who came<br />

Irom Lake Fores t Academy, to see whether <strong>Babson</strong> Institute<br />

had anything to o ller which he did not already know. Already<br />

with some experience in house-to-house selling, it is his<br />

purpose to school himself for selling some large commodity.<br />
