Because of his family connections and his own experience,<br />
Healey has had opportunities to observe the fieldoperating<br />
techniqur of both the inde"pend(~nt oil operator<br />
and the- major oil companies.<br />
He received considerable education and then went to<br />
work , but , convinced that any business executive today<br />
wants young ambitious men, who not only have a desire<br />
to get some place, but, who have a practical outlook and<br />
appreciation of the position of the employer's business<br />

PRACTICAL TRAI~rNG<br />
Healey has had a considerable amount of experience<br />
in thr oil business. Hr spent his summers working in the<br />
oil fields of Pennsylvania; he had a year and one-half in<br />
the California fields; and spent threr years irr the T exas<br />
()il fields.<br />
This work and his experience as an oil-field scout was<br />
corrt'lated with his training in Prod union Managemt' nl,<br />
Markt'ting, Sales, and his Study of tht' History of Oil,<br />
all of which make him a valuable young man to any oil<br />
production conCCr:1.<br />
THE BUSINESS M.!\~<br />
Possessed of a winning pt'rsonality, Healey made<br />
many friends at <strong>Babson</strong> Institute, and this will hold true<br />
of any place he goes. Full of nervous energy, he sets a<br />
f~lst pace in his work and gets topnotch results.<br />
