Because of his family connections and his own experience,
Healey has had opportunities to observe the fieldoperating
techniqur of both the inde"pend(~nt oil operator
and the- major oil companies.
He received considerable education and then went to
work , but , convinced that any business executive today
wants young ambitious men, who not only have a desire
to get some place, but, who have a practical outlook and
appreciation of the position of the employer's business­

Healey has had a considerable amount of experience
in thr oil business. Hr spent his summers working in the
oil fields of Pennsylvania; he had a year and one-half in
the California fields; and spent threr years irr the T exas
()il fields.
This work and his experience as an oil-field scout was
corrt'lated with his training in Prod union Managemt' nl,
Markt'ting, Sales, and his Study of tht' History of Oil,
all of which make him a valuable young man to any oil

Possessed of a winning pt'rsonality, Healey made
many friends at Babson Institute, and this will hold true
of any place he goes. Full of nervous energy, he sets a
