i) The contractor at his shall have to make his own arrangement for bringing the water from outside.
ii)
For R.C.C. items, the wording, finishing the formed surface with C.M. 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface is meant only
for repairing the honeycombed surfaces and it does not include plastering of the whole of the surface.
iii)
Claim for change in (i) depth of foundation (ii) height of storey (iii) plinth height shall not be paid to the contractor.

1) Surface Requirement: - The item of textured plaster will have to be applied on cement plaster surface in absolute line and level the cement plaster surface
should be free from dust and dirt. A deep penetrative primer will have to be applied on cement plastered surface.
2) Application of textured Plaster: - A specially developed synthetic plaster like Renova/Eurofin will have to be applied over already prepared surface in two
coats. The thickness of the each coat should be about 1 to 1.5 mm totalling the textured plaster thickness to about 2.5 to 3 Kg. per square meter for each single
coat. The generation of grooves and pattern will have to be done as approved by the Architect over Second coat of textured plaster.
3) Application of Paint: - Two coats of pure acrylic special paint of approved shade will have to be applied asfinalfinish
The item is inclusive of erection of scaffolding, cost of all materials, making grooves as per the approved pattern, tools and plants and all sorts of labour.
