Moose Drool [ 5.1 % ABV | 26 IBU’s ]<br />

Moose Drool Brown Ale is the #1 selling US brewed brown ale in the<br />

country and Draft Magazine says it, “May Just Be the Best Brown<br />

Ale Brewed in the World Today.” It’s chocolate brown in color with a<br />

creamy texture. A complex malt profile and just enough hop presence<br />

to keep it from being too sweet come together to create a remarkably<br />

balanced, drinkable brew. Malts: Pale, Carmel, Chocolate and Whole<br />

Black. Hops: East Kent Goldings, Liberty and Willamette.<br />

Trout Slayer [ 4.5 % ABV | 35 IBU’s ]<br />

A filtered wheat ale that is filtered at cool temperatures making it a<br />

smooth, drinkable session beer. Straw in color, crisp and refreshing.<br />

Hops: Palisade, Glacier, and Mt. Hood.<br />

Heavy Horse Scotch Ale [ 6.7 % ABV | 20 IBU’s ]<br />

A full bodied, full flavored ale. Deep garnet red with a dense, creamy<br />

head of tan. Stone Thrower is fermented at a lower temperature and<br />

the brewing water is softened to be closer to that found in Scotland.<br />

Malts: Pale, Crystal Chocolate, Roast. Hops: Hallertau Tradition,<br />

East Kent Goldings.<br />

Big Sky Double IPA [ 7.8 % ABV | 100 IBU’s ]<br />

this amazingly complex double clocks in at 100 IBUs (proven with<br />

the latest scientific equipment), yet retains a malt backbone amidst<br />

hints of lemon peel, brown sugar and zings of white pepper. Malts:<br />

Pale and Crystal. Hops: Palisade, Simcoe, Centennial & Amarillo<br />
