A 10 hectoliter brewpub in the Historic Hamm Building in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, blessed with our own
natural spring-water well. On any given day we will have up to NINE hand-crafted beers on tap, including four CAMRA
compliant cask-conditioned ales, which are always served via beer engine from our seriously looked after 50 degree cask

New Centurion Mild Ale - Cask [ 4.7 % ABV ]
This is a recipe gleaned from 100+ year old beer style info. A dark cask
session beer brewed with all U.K. barley and hops.

Fredrick [ 6.25 % ABV ]
A dark ale made with wheat, local honey, and fermented with a classic
hefeweizen yeast strain.

Pflugenpflagen [ 6.0 % ABV ]
Lots of Munich malt in our seasonal Munich celebration ale.

Blackwatch Oat Stout [ 5.8 % ABV ]
English barley, roasted and chocolate malt, whole malted oats, and
caramel malts. Aged with oak.

St. Peter Pale Ale - Fass [ 6.0 % ABV ]
Golden promise barley, Amarillo, Glacier, and Cascade hops. Dry
hopped.

Trainwreck - Fass [ ??? % ABV ]
An on going project involving various Belgian style beers carefully
blended over the last 2 years.
