Rush River Brewing Co. - #21
River Falls, WI | www.rushriverbeer.com
Rush River beers are handmade in River Falls, WI by locals for locals. All of our beers are UNFILTERED and UNPAS-
TEURIZED which gives them more flavor, a robust mouthfeel as well as many health benefits. They are meant for local
consumption only, as they are a fresh product. As such, they need to be refrigerated to stay at peak flavor. We use no
additives or finings in our products. Each keg and every bottle retains residual amounts of yeast that will settle out if
left undisturbed and cold. This yeast can be mixed back into the beer with agitation and will eventually re-settle on the
bottom. Our yeast strains are custom made for us in Oregon, and all of our barley, wheat and hops are American grown.
We currently offer five full-time beers, and will occasionally brew seasonals for fun.
Small Axe Golden Ale [ 4.5% ABV ]
Originally a summer seasonal offering, the Small Axe has graduated
into a full-time seller. Brewed with white wheat and barley from WI,
this beer is not what you’d expect from a wheat ale. Cool and crisp, this
lively ale is a great introduction to craft beers
The Unforgiven Amber [ 5.5% ABV ]
Rich in flavor and mildly sweet, this amber ale is dry-hopped in the
conditioning tank to add a subtle herbal nose. The robust caramel color
and flavor is complemented with a frothy head that leaves a thick
lacing on the glass. A classic session ale, great with food
the various Yakima Valley hops to shine. Bubblejack IPA is also dryhopped
prior to packaging for an added hop aroma.
Lyndale Brown (& Cask) [ 7.0% ABV ]
Available August through November. This beer was designed to keep
you warm on a fall day. Not too sweet, we gave it a healthy hop-bite
and deep flavor to follow the change of seasons. Specialty malts give
it not only its earthy color, but lend biscuit and caramel flavors to
this Autumnal standby.
Bubblejack IPA (& Cask) [ 6.5% ABV ]
Incredibly smooth, this ale is truly a phenomenon in taste. This
American Style IPA is brewed with a lighter grain bill which allows
