Sierra Nevada Pale Ale [ 5.6% ABV | 38 IBU’s ]
Pale ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a
deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character.
The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the result of the generous
use of the best Cascade hops.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA
At Sierra Nevada we take hops seriously, so our Extra IPA had to
have the boldest hop flavors and aromas possible. After years of
experimentation, we developed something we call the Hop Torpedo: a
revolution in dry hopping and an invention designed to harness all of
the inviting complexity that whole-cone hops have to offer. Sierra
Nevada Torpedo Ale is a big American IPA: bold, assertive and full of
flavor and aromas highlighting the complex citrus, pine and herbal
character of whole-cone American hops. [ 7.2% ABV | 65 IBU’s ]

Sierra Nevada Kellerweis [ 4.8% ABV | 15 IBU’s ]
After years of experimentation and an epic tour through the legendary
wheat-beer breweries of Germany, we decided to brew Kellerweis
using the traditional Bavarian style of open fermentation. This
difficult and labor intensive technique adds uncommon depth and
flavor complexity. Our hazy-golden hefeweizen is deeply flavorful,
refreshing, and perfect for a sunny day. Kellerweis is deeply complex,
with flavors reminiscent of ripe banana and spicy clove. This hazygolden
beer glows with suspended years creating a velvety texture.
