Being the only brewpub in Uptown, The Herkimer offers a variety of tap beers as well as a diverse dinner menu. Customers<br />
can enjoy a game of shuffleboard, while eating and drinking in a casual and comfortable environment. The Herkimer<br />
is the only upscale, come-as-you-are brewpub in the Uptown area.<br />

Oktoberfest<br />
A stronger version of our Marzen Lager, we brew a batch or two of this<br />
each fall to commemorate the great Munich Oktoberfest. Reddish,<br />
malty and on the sweeter side.<br />

Sky Pilot<br />
This unfiltered continental Pilsner won a Gold Medal at The Great<br />
American Beer Festival in 2006. Our Kellerbier which literally means<br />
“cellar beer,” balances moderate bitterness and noble-type hop aroma<br />
and flavor with a malty, slightly sweet, medium body.<br />

Glitchen Rye<br />
A traditional german-style “Roggenbier” brewed the hard way with<br />
50% rye and 15% wheat.<br />

Gose<br />
A cross between a Belgian Wit and a Berliner Weisse. It’s brewed with<br />
half wheat malt and spiced with coriander. Gose Speziell Weizen has a<br />
definite tartness and is balanced with a nice roundness.<br />
