Classically refined, but not styled as a traditional “sweet beer” beer alternative, Crispin ciders are crisp and clean,<br />

not sweet and sticky and never sacrifice superior quality refreshment satisfaction for overbearing complexity. Always<br />

true to the apple, Crispin Hard Ciders are naturally fermented using fresh pressed apple-juice, never from apple juice<br />

concentrate, from a premium blend of US West Coast apples, with no added malt, grape wine or spirit alcohol. Crispin’s<br />

unique flavors are smoothed with pure apple juice or from natural sugar sources like organic honey or organic maple<br />

syrup, and contain no added colorants, sorbate or benzoate preservatives.<br />

Honey Crisp [ 6.5 % ABV ]<br />

Naturally fermented using a premium apple juice blend, not from<br />

apple juice concentrate, with no added malt, spirit or grape alcohol.<br />

Honey Crisp is smoothed with pure organic honey, with no added<br />

sugar, colorants or sorbate or benzoate preservatives. Honey Crisp’s<br />

apple juice is a fresh pressed blend of 3 to 5 different apples. We do not<br />

use the Honeycrisp apple, a very fine dessert eating apple, but in our<br />

experience and in our opinion, not a fine base for apple wine.<br />

The Saint [ 6.9 % ABV ]<br />

Naturally fermented using a premium blend of fresh pressed apple<br />

juice, not from concentrate, and fermented with Belgian Trappist beer<br />

yeasts, The Saint boasts a sweet floral bouquet that develops a yeasty,<br />

herbal complexity.<br />

Lansdowne [ 6.9 % ABV ]<br />

Extra Stout Bodied. A full bodied, confident & imposing cider.<br />

Fermented from a premium blend of fresh pressed apple juice, not<br />

from concentrate, using Irish stout ale yeast. It produces a slight hint<br />

of butterscotch, balanced by a subtle fruitiness and slightly dry crisp<br />

finish and a uniquely full & buttery mouth-feel.<br />
