Jeff Crawford and Phil Gagne’ started Pig’s Eye Brewing Company back in the fall of 2002 after the closing of Minnesota
Brewing Co. (Old Schmidt Brewery), where Jeff was the VP of Sales and Phil was the Brew Master, they have 63
combined years in the Brewing Industry. Their goal is and always will be to carry on the traditions of the Breweries past;
(Stahlmann, Saint Paul, Schmidt, Pfeiffer, G. Heileman and Minnesota and don’t forget about Pierre “Pig’s Eye” Parrant)
