Sierra 30 Series #2 “Charlie, Fred, & Ken’s Bock”<br />
The second in the series commemorating Sierra Nevada’s 30th<br />
Anniversary, this beer was brewed in a collaboration with beer<br />
writers, Charlie Papazian and Fred Eckhardt, This Imperial Helles<br />
Bock is a testament to the brewer’s art. Brassy-golden in color, with<br />
a layered aroma of honeyed malt and floral hop notes. The flavors<br />
are a complex mix of sweet and toasted malt flavors from the use<br />
of artisan-crafted floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt, balanced by<br />
a strong and spicy dry-hop aroma of Crystal, and Pacific Hallertau<br />
hops. [ 8.3% ABV | 40 IBU’s ]<br />
