Central Waters works with local farmers to recycle the grain used in the brewing process. The spent grain is taken by
these farmers and used as feed for livestock, and also used as compost. The addition of the solar collectors, coupled
with other sustainability practices, allows Central Waters Brewing Company to drastically reduce the consumption of
natural gas, therefore greatly reduce our carbon footprint. Central Waters Brewing Company…truly “making the world

Shine On
An easy drinking red ale, made to commemorate our solar hot water
system and our partnership with the Midwest Renewable Energy
Association (MREA). Made with Wisconsin-grown, organic barley,
expect this beer to be malty and smooth, with a clean finish.

Whitewater Weizen
This unfiltered German-style wheat beer is brewed for summer
enjoyment with a Bavarian yeast to give it the refreshing spicy
overtones that make Weizens so unique. Whitewater Weizen is as
exciting and exhilarating as a run through the rapids.
