Established in 1997. Our brewpub is located on the West Bank campus of the U of M, also only a ten minute walk to
Metrodome. Our tree covered outdoor seating area greets you before enter our historic building. Once housing a trolley
stop, the building features a beautiful pressed tin ceiling that is worth a trip by itself. We offer a full food menu, gracious
happy hours, and a warm fireplace for the harsh winters. Generally, look for 10 choices of house made beers including
two cask beers always available. We are nationally recognized for brewing excellence with several awards from the
Great American Beer Festival

Oktoberfest Lager
Classic German style autumnal beer offering subtle sweetness and a
smooth finish

Eye of the Storm
American style honey ale made from Orange Blossom, Basswood, and
Canola honey. Light body with pronounced honey aroma and flavor.
Slightly sweet finish

Rye PA
Strong American pale ale brewed with about 15% malted rye. Well
hopped with Citra, Columbus, and Centennial hops.

Fresh Hop 2010
This year we used nearly 20 lbs per barrel of “wet” Citra hops from
the Pacific Northwest to create this annual ale. Expect classic citric,
tropical fruit flavor from this hop with the addition of defined herbal,
earthy, and garlic spice from the use of 100% Fresh Wet hops.

Very chocolate filled milk porter with the addition of tart red cherries.
Yes, this is brewed using lactose (milk sugar)

Very fun beer! Slight woody mango fruit character, coconut finish, yet
your palate is wiped clean with the presence of American hops
