Ebelweiss
a traditional German Hefe-Weiss that is naturally unfiltered. It
has a wonderful malt sweetness and a soft aroma of clove, vanilla
and banana. This deep colored Weiss will make you think you are in
Bavaria!
Notes -
□□
Domaine DuPage
A rural northern France amber colored ale. This well balanced ale is
full and sweet up front with caramel, toasty and fruity characters. The
finish has a floral and spicy hop balance that cleanses the palate.
□□
Resistance IPA
Complex aromas of oak, honeyed malt sweetness and piney citrus hops
which leads to a full hoppy middle. This finish you will experience the
French oak because we have aged this beer for 45 days in our 100bbl
French Oak Foudre tanks.
