Jason Spaulding and Brett VanderKamp, the founders of New Holland Brewing Company, grew up together in Midland,<br />
Michigan, and later attended Hope College. In college Spaulding and VanderKamp cultivated a love of homebrewing,<br />
which would bring them together again shortly after graduation. Their business plan took two years to formulate, but<br />
once complete, the pair quickly lined up investors, and in 1996 New Holland was founded in Holland, Michigan.<br />

Ichabod Pumpkin Ale [ 4.8% ABV ]<br />
Ichabod combines malted barley and real pumpkin with cinnamon and<br />
nutmeg in a delicious and inviting brew. A rewarding complement to<br />
many dishes, Ichabod pairs well with autumnal foods such as poultry<br />

Dragons Milk [ 9.0% ABV ]<br />
Dragon’s Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer<br />
usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over<br />
120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which<br />
contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly<br />
compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.<br />
