CONCLUSIONS: Fen<strong>of</strong>ibrate<br />

therapy significantly improved percent<br />

flow-mediated dilator response to<br />

hyperemia, reduced inflammation<br />

marker levels, increased adiponectin<br />

levels, and improved insulin<br />

sensitivity in hypertriglyceridemic or<br />

metabolic syndrome patients.<br />
