Anchor Bolts – AB & ABP series<br />
Anchor Bolts are used to secure wood plates to foundation walls. Washers are<br />
available in various package combinations.<br />

Installation:<br />
• Select appropriate AB or ABP Anchor Bolt.<br />
• Use concrete with minimum compressive strength of<br />
2,000 psi at 28 days<br />
• Nuts and standard washers are included.<br />
• Anchor bolts intended for use to satisfy code<br />
prescribed anchoring of mudsill plates, and shall be<br />
installed as defined in the code.<br />
• Factored resistance shall be derived in accordance<br />
with the code.<br />

slotted bend line for easy field adjustment when foundation walls<br />
are slanted.<br />
SFJA – Ties floor joists directly to foundations with bolt fastening.<br />

Installation:<br />
• Use all specified fasteners. See Product Notes, page<br />

• A design professional must specify anchor bolt type, length,<br />
and embedment. Anchor bolts are laterally loaded. Follow<br />
installation instructions for epoxy adhesive.<br />
• Factored resistance assume a minimum concrete compressive<br />
