4.11 Safety norms as per <strong>BHEL</strong> HSE policy / BSEB shall be strictly<br />
followed. (Copy of <strong>BHEL</strong>'s HSE policy is enclosed with this tender)<br />
4.12 Site organization chart shall be submitted in the offer along with the<br />
plan for deployment of manpower, tools, tackles, equipment etc.<br />
required for this work.<br />
4.13 Method of work measurement for all purposes shall be as per IS-<br />
1200 (latest) where ever applicable.<br />
4.14 Please refer the "Additional Terms and Conditions of Contract<br />
(<strong>BHEL</strong>) enclosed along with this document, which shall be<br />
applicable to this contract and part of this tender.<br />
4.15 Deviations are not acceptable from the tender conditions. Bids<br />
with deviations are liable for rejection<br />
