MEATHOD OF MEASUREMENT
Method of measurements shall be as per standard specifications
included in the tender. For other items measurements shall be as
per relevant IS codes.
COMPLIANCE TO REGULATIONS AND BYELAWS:
The contractor shall conform to the provisions of any statute
relating to the work and regulations and bylaws of any local
authority and of any water and lighting companies or undertaking
with whose system the work is proposed to be connected. He
shall, before making any variation from the drawings or the
specifications that may be necessitated for such connections give
the engineer, notice specifying the variation proposed to be
made and the reasons therefore and shall not carryout any
variation until he has received instructions from the engineer in
respect thereof. The contractor shall be bound to give all notices
required by statute, regulations or bye-laws as aforesaid and to
pay all fees and taxes payable to any authority in respect
thereof.
FACILITES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE BHEL/ CONTRACTOR
BHEL shall provide free of charge limited open space, for office
and storage shed, as and where made available by M/s GSECL. It
is the responsibility of the contractor to construct sheds, provide
all utilities and dismantle and clear the site after completion of
work or as and when required, as a part of his scope of work.
