be followed in taping the same. Consumption meter shall be established to
meter the consumption. The power and water so issued shall not be
misused.
However due to some reason Contractor is not been able to supply
construction power and water the same shall be arranged by bidder at his
own cost. No additional commercial implication is applicable. Such charges
are deemed to have been included in the offer. No separate payment is
admitted.
MACHINERY
The contractor shall at his own expenses supply all tools, plant and
equipment (herein after referred to as T&P) required for the execution of
contract.
CONTRACTOR’S SUPERVISION
The contractor shall either himself supervise the execution of the contract
or shall appoint a competent engineer / agent approved by the engineer to
act in his stead.
The contractor shall employ required number of engineers and site staff for
executing the above work. A list of minimum manpower proposed to be
deployed shall be enclosed in this offer.
If the contractor fails to appoint a suitable engineers/ manpower as
aforesaid, the engineer shall have full powers to suspend the execution of
work and stop payment of any money that may have become due until
such date as a suitable engineers/ manpower is appointed and the
contractor shall be held responsible for the delay caused to the work
and no extension of time on this account shall be given to him.
Orders given to the contractor's engineers shall be considered to have
the same force as if they had been given to the contractor himself.
The contractor or his authorized site in charge shall be in attendance
at the site during all working hours and shall superintend the
