Kras, odet v barve jeseni.
Kras in autumn hues.
likerju in vitovski grganji,« navdušeno pripoveduje Denis. Dodaja
potem očisti okus in usta pripravi
na naslednji slastni grižljaj,« pravi
Denis, ki prisega na črno čokolado,
ki mora vsebovati 66 ali 67
odstotkov kakava.
Pod blagovno znamko Amor
čokoladne bombone po Denisovi
recepturi ročno izdelujejo
v portoroški čokoladnici
Transmontana.
The idea was there; all that remained was to implement it, and
Denis started working on the recipe. ‘From the outset I knew that
I would be using the finest Belgian chocolate. The real challenge
were the fillings, which needed to be added in just the right
amounts. Eventually I decided on three different flavours: Teran,
Teran liquer and Vitovska grganja,’ enthusiastically explains Denis.
‘Good wine and natural aromas are essential to a delicious filling;
a good choice is new Teran, where the aromas of raspberry,
blueberry, sour cherry and currant play a particularly important role.
‘The right way to eat a chocolate is to take a bite and let only half
of it onto your tongue in order to taste the real flavour of the filling;
the chocolate serves as a means of
clearing the palate and get it ready for
the next delicious mouthful,’ expounds
Denis, who swears by dark chocolate,
which should contain 66 to 67
percent of cocoa.
Chocolates Amor made to Denis’s
recipe are handmade in the Portorož
chocolate factory Transmontana. In
addition to dark chocolate, milk and
white chocolate versions are also
available. The chocolates for the fairer
sex come in the shape of hearts and
while I am pretty sure that men would
not say no to them either, there are
other shapes available for those with
different preferences.
The decorations on the chocolates
match their respective fillings to make
brez okrasja.
Inovativni kraški vinarji so veseli vsakršnega sodelovanja in odprti
Mateja in Eltyeb Gruden, kjer vas
popeljejo v čudoviti svet okusov po
Krasu in slastno ugodje pregrešno
dobrih čokoladnih bombonov Amor.
Vrli in vedno iznajdljivi vinarji pa
so poskrbeli tudi za to, da se
njihovi izdelki prodajajo v lični in
na oko privlačni embalaži, v kateri
je steklenica prvovrstnega vina in
čokoladni bomboni.
Priložnosti za obdarovanje nikoli
ne zmanjka in jih je skozi vse leto
dovolj. S steklenico kraškega
terana in čokoladnimi bomboni ne
boste nikoli v zadregi, saj boste na
obraz tistega, ki bo prejel takšno
darilo, gotovo priklicali nasmeh.
them immediately recognisable. Vitovska grganja is denoted by
stripes, the dotted ones are filled with Teran liqueur, and the plain
ones with Teran wine.
Innovative Karst winegrowers are very open to new partnerships
and have recently accepted two new associates into their midst:
Matej Korenika of the estate Korenika & Moškon, and Etbin Erzetič
of Čargo, Goriška Brda. They also have good working relationships
with Vinoteka Simfonija, Sežana under the management of Boštjan
Klun, and Simfonija in Stari trg, Ljubljana, an eminent Karst wine
cellar managed by a husband and wife team Mateja and Eltyeb
Gruden, two portals leading into the
world of sublime Karst aromas and
sinfully delectable chocolates Amor.
Unsurprisingly, gallant and ever
resourceful winemakers have come
up with neat, elegant packaging that
appeals to the eye and matches the
superior quality of the products it
houses, a bottle of premium wine and a
box of chocolates.
There are countless occasions that call
for gift giving throughout the year. You
can hardly go wrong with Karst teran
and fine chocolate, and they are bound
to bring a smile to the face of the lucky
person who receives them.
